WELCOME

The year 2026 marks an important milestone in our associative journey. For the first time, MSF Norway & Iceland, MSF Sweden & Finland, and MSF Denmark will hold their General Assemblies in a joint Nordic format.

This shared approach strengthens collaboration across the region and reflects our joint commitment to transparent, member-driven governance and meaningful cross-border engagement.

While each association will hold its own General Assembly to fulfil national governance and statutory requirements, all three associations will also come together for a partly joint Nordic GA 2026 programme. This means the GA will include both country-specific sessions and joint Nordic sessions.

Please select your country association below to access the relevant national information and documentation.

FORMAT

To support participation across all Nordic countries, the 2026 General Assembly will be held in a hybrid format.

Ahead of the GA, online governance webinars — open to all members regardless of location — will take place, followed by early voting. The General Assembly weekend (8–9 May) can be attended either in person or online.

The structure of the GA will include:

  • National General Assembly sessions: country-specific sessions where each association conducts its formal governance, voting, and statutory decisions.
  • Joint Nordic sessions: shared plenary sessions bringing all Nordic associations together for collective discussions, learning, and debate on topics of common interest.

We look forward to welcoming members from Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark to this historic assembly. Together, we will bring diverse perspectives, strengthen our associative ties, and shape the future of MSF in the Nordic region.
