This year MSF Norway & Iceland is pleased to come together with the MSF Denmark and MSF Sweden & Finland Associations for our jointly held Nordic General Assemblies.

We’re building Nordic collaboration brick by brick—good thing we’re meeting at LEGOLAND, where constructing strong foundations is kind of their thing.

Pre-GA Governance Webinars 

Webinar 1 — Motions & Annual/Financial Accounts - Register here.

This session gives members a clear overview of the motions submitted ahead of the General Assembly. Participants will hear motion presentations, ask questions, and review any proposed amendments to statutes or governance items. We will also walk through the annual and financial accounts, with space for member questions.

This webinar is an opportunity to meet the Board candidates before voting opens. Each candidate will present themselves and take questions from members. The session also includes practical guidance on how e‑voting and early voting will work for the 2026 GA, ensuring all members know how and when they can cast their vote.

Travel & Venue: 

The MSF Nordic General Assemblies 2026 will take place at Legoland Hotel & Conference - Åstvej 10, 7190 Billund.

Registration opens at 16:00 and the programme begins at 17:00 on Friday, 8 May. The gathering will conclude on 9 May with a joint Nordic dinner and celebration.

Travelling to Legoland will require some planning: Several travel options are available to reach the venue. After you have registered, the MSF Norway & Iceland Association Coordinator will contact you to identify the greenest, most cost-effective, and practical travel option.  For MSF Norway we work to try stay within travel budgets per person of approx 2200nok  Norway based members and for Iceland 3200nok in line with the Asso travel guidelines.

Accomodation Information:

We will be staying at Legoland Hotel & Conference. MSF covers two nights in a shared room (up to 3 people) for members.

Additional cost options: Single room upgrade: 465 DKK per night

Guests and family members: Accommodation is only covered for members. Guests must be paid for separately at 100 DKK extra pr night pr person staying in the room.Breakfast is included

Meals for Family Members
If family members join you and wish to eat at the hotel during the GA, the following rates apply: Dinner Friday: 300 DKK / Dinner Saturday: 395 DKK
