This year, MSF Sweden & Finland is pleased to come together with the MSF Denmark and MSF Norway & Iceland Associations for our jointly held Nordic General Assemblies.
We are building Nordic collaboration brick by brick—fittingly, we will be meeting at LEGOLAND, a place known for constructing strong foundations.
Below you will find all information relating specifically to the MSF Sweden & Finland General Assembly sessions. Here you can access the programme outlining the agenda and key sessions for our national GA, as well as supporting governance documents and practical information regarding membership and travel support.

Travel & venue information:
The MSF Nordic General Assemblies 2026 will take place at LEGOLAND Hotel & Conference - Åstvej 10, 7190 Billund, Denmark.
Several travel options are available to reach the venue. After you have registered, the MSF Sweden & Finland Association Coordinator will contact you to identify the greenest, most cost-effective, and practical travel option.

Accommodation and other practical information:
Accommodation
Accommodation will be at Legoland Hotel & Conference. The Association covers two nights in a shared room (up to three people) for members.
Additional options:
Single room upgrade
- 465 DKK per night
Guests and family members
Accommodation is only covered for members. If you are travelling with guests or family members, you may upgrade to a family room (up to five people) for an additional cost:
- Family room upgrade: 465 DKK per night
- For every extra person in the family room: +100 DKK per person per night
Meals
Meals for members are covered by the Association.
If guests or family members would like to join the dinners at the hotel during the GA, the following rates apply:
- Dinner Friday: 300 DKK
- Dinner Saturday: 395 DKK
Entrance to Legoland
All members receive one free entrance ticket to the Legoland amusement park, which can be used on Sunday, 10 May.
Guests or family members will need to purchase their own tickets if they wish to visit the park.
Registration and Payment
In the registration form, you will be able to indicate whether you are bringing a guest, whether accommodation is needed, and whether they will join any meals.
After registering, you will receive payment information directly from Legoland for any additional costs.
Any costs for the buses arranged by the Association between Copenhagen H and Billund will be paid separately. More information will follow.
Please note: The registration deadline is 10 April. If you register and later cancel, costs already incurred on your behalf may not be refundable.
Programme:
Registration opens at 16:00 and the programme begins at 17:00 on Friday, 8 May. The gathering will conclude on 9 May with a joint Nordic dinner and celebration.

Membership & GA fee:
Renew your membership: To be eligible to vote at the GA, you must have paid your 2026 membership fee of SEK 300 prior to the Assembly. Payment can be made using Swish or card though the link below.
If needed, members may be exempted from the fee — please contact Karin Blanck for further information.
GA fee: If you are attending the GA in person, you are required to pay the participation fee of 500 SEK in addition to having paid your 2026 membership fee of 300 SEK.
*If you are attending and voting remotely or by proxy, you don't need to pay the participation fee. Volunteers who commit to work for at least three hours, as well as panellists and people on working schedule are exempted from paying the attendance fee.
