Guests and family members
Members are welcome to bring a partner or family member to the GA on your own expense.
Accommodation
Accommodation is covered for members only. If you choose to bring a guest or family member, additional costs will apply for their stay. Room options and booking needs can be indicated in the registration form.

Shared rooms accommodate up to 3 people. Family rooms accommodate up to 5 people.

Access to the park
All participants at the GA have one free access to Legoland's amusement park which they can use on Sunday May 10. Guests or family members will have to pay an additional cost if they want to access the park as well.
Meals
Meals during the GA are covered for members. If you would like your guest or family member to join meals at the venue, these must be booked in advance and will involve an additional cost. Breakfast is included.
- Dinner Friday: 300 DKK (2-course dinner)
- Lunch Saturday: 195 DKK (Buffet)
- Dinner Saturday: 395 DKK (3-course dinner)
How to indicate this
You will be able to specify in the registration form whether you are bringing a guest, whether they require accommodation, and whether they will join meals. The coordination team will follow up if needed.
